Lee Przywara, President & Founder
The founder and and President of Florida, Texas, & Missouri Currency Exchange, where he has built and led the company for over 18 years. Under his leadership, FCE has grown from a single location into a multi-sate operation spanning over 16 different locations across Florida, Texas, and Missouri, serving travelers, collectors, investors, and businesses with competitive rates on over 80+ different currencies.
Rishma Balkaran
Vice President
Rishma provides strategic guidance on the company’s growth, operations, and key initiatives. She works closely with executive leadership to develop banking partnerships, expand foreign exchange services, lead digital asset initiatives, and identify new opportunities that drive innovation, operational excellence, and long-term success.
Nikol Gullamaci
Director of Retail Management
Nikol has been with the FCE team for 3 years now, overseeing the entire retail team while also managing the Clearwater branch. He provides real-time operational support across all locations — assigning tasks, monitoring performance, approving schedules, and delivering daily reports to upper management on retail operations.
Mansi Mahajan
Texas Regional Manager
Based at the Memorial City branch in Houston, the company’s busiest location. She supports operations and compliance across retail teams, leads weekly meetings, manages Texas scheduling, and contributes to company’s social media and app development initiatives. She is also actively involved in team-building efforts. Mansi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and is multilingual, strengthening communication across teams and customers.
Jacqueline Galiano
Vault Operations Lead &
Digital Media Manager
Jackie creates graphics, flyers, merchandise, and social media content while overseeing currency inventory across all branches — managing incoming and outgoing shipments, placing wholesaler orders, and ensuring no location runs short.
Jackie also serves as a day-to-day resource for branches, assisting with questions and operational needs.
Ray Dickinson
Director of Retail
Expansion
& Training
With 18 years at Florida Currency Exchange since its founding, Ray has played a key role in the company’s growth and expansion, leading the opening and training of new branch locations across multiple markets. As Director of Retail Expansion & Training, he also coordinates outreach and marketing efforts with local banks in each city, traveling regularly to build relationships and strengthen the company’s presence in new communities.
Leah Nelson
Vault Processor &
Operations Support
Beginning her career as a teller, Leah has grown into her role on the operations team by building on that front-line experience. She supports the daily flow of currency exchange operations, handling incoming and outgoing transactions with a strong focus on accuracy and efficiency. Always ready to step in where needed, Leah ensures a smooth process and a positive experience for our customers and colleagues.
Isabel James
Operations Support
Isabel provides support to our currency exchange team, helping ensure everything runs smoothly and delivering assistance to both the team and customers. Her focus is on efficiency, communication, and maintaining a positive customer experience.
Landon Hendershot
Operations Support
Landon serves as an Operations Support team member for Florida Texas Currency Exchange, assisting with a variety of operational tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day business functions. He provides support to branches across Texas, Florida, and Missouri, helping teams resolve issues and complete important projects. His flexible role allows him to step in wherever needed to support company operations and maintain high service standards.
